Figs, Fruits, and Other Edibles – Monthly Tour

Did you know that you can have plants in your garden and your yard that are not only attractive, but can produce food for you? Come take a docent-led tour through the Gardens to look at plants that have edible parts.  Limit 15 people.

Butterflies, Bees, and Bugs – Monthly Tour

Thursday, August 8th, 10:00 am
This late-Summer docent-led walk through the Gardens will focus on identifying plants that attract "Garden Helpers", beneficial insects called "pollinators". Participants will be given a list of some pollinator plants that should do well in our area.  Limit 15 people.

Great Southeast Pollinator Census

Saturday, August 24th, 9:00-11:00am

Come count pollinators with us! This will be the 2nd year in a row that we have participated in this event and we are looking for as many counters as we can get. It is a “citizen science project created by the University of Georgia”, designed for everyone to participate and make a difference for pollinator conservation.
